ROBOTISED BOX PACKING FOR CAKE - PIZZA

A solution developed by DE LA BALLINA to vertically pack products such as pizzas, quiches or Twelfth Night Cakes in American boxes.

Thanks to its upstream vision-based quality control, which is also used to drive scara 4 axis robots, only compliant products are packed after having been oriented. Using a 7th mechanical axis and an additional 6 axis poly-articulated robot, the stacks of products are boxed.
