This solution combines two specialties:

• optimized packing of "rustic" (artisan) products in cases or crates using multiple-articulation robots,
• counting and packaging of long products, such as baguettes, or small products thanks to a conventional and universal counting system developed by DE LA BALLINA.

This combination of robotic and universal solutions cuts capital investment by limiting the number of robots. It also reduces logistics costs by optimising the number of products in each case.

Before being packed, the quality of every product is checked using industrial vision techniques, thereby guaranteeing that only the products meeting your quality criteria are delivered.
