New 3D scan analysis techniques and our latest developments in the field of artificial vision enable us to offer increasingly accurate and wide varity quality checks:
- measurement of dimensions (length, width, height, volume, etc.)
- appearance controls (asymmetry, stains, bake level, distribution of toppings, presence of scoring , etc.).
Depending on the system, the precision of measurement can reach up to +/- 3 mm.
