INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FOR HIGH CADENCY ROBOTIZED PALLETIZATION

For several years DE LA BALLINA has positioned itself on palletisation solutions thanks to the experience acquired in robotised case packing. This equipment allows DE LA BALLINA to propose customers a complete turnkey packing solution from the exit of the freezer to the entrance to the cold storage.

DE LA BALLINA decided to position itself on high added value solutions such as the management of several case and pallet lines using a single 4 axes poly-articulated robot thanks to proven solutions making it possible to take cases per complete layers.

The palletization cell is made of different elements:

• layer preparation tables making it possible to pre-form layers of boxes,
• magazine or pallet destacker,
• optional interleaf stores,
• a 4 axes robot and its property gripper making it possible to take an entire layer of cases,
• one or more palletisation stations followed by pallet conveyors,
• strech wrapper.
