COUNTING SMALL PRODUCTS USING VIBRATING CHANNELS
Developed at the request of some of its customers who wanted a single partner for their packaging needs, the DE LA BALLINA vibrating channel counter is used to count small bakery products (such a kaiser rolls, 1/4 baguettes, bagels...) whether fresh or frozen.
Thanks to its 20 years of experience in industrial bakery, DE LA BALLINA chose to privilege:

- quick channel change thanks to a tool-free fixture system
- the lowest possible operational noise thanks to a vibration solution that is built into the channel
Available with 4, 6 or 8 channels, this machine is a cost effective solution when production is entirely dedicated to small products.
Associated with a bagger, it makes it possible to make up to 50 bags/minute or up to 15 cases when combined with a direct case packing solution.
